Thanksgiving Break
So Thanksgiving weekend is over already, huh? Wow. Well, to be fair, break was just the same old same old. Went home...ate lots of food...slept in...got nagged about sister's college apps, etc. Yeah...
Anyway, here's the breakdown of how things went:
Went home Wednesday evening and didn't do much.
Thursday: Big turkey day. Ate lotsa food and had tons of leftovers. Couldn't get my internet at home to work 'cause we just got a new modem and it wouldn't cooperate with my computer. So I was forced to use the tower and home and boy, does that thing really suck now. Also played lotsa gamecube.
Friday: Missed out on all of the big post-Thanksgiving shopping due to a combination of me sleeping in and my sister having things to do (I couldn't drive...no insurance). Kinda disappointing when I found out I couldn't get the Indiana Jones Trilogy for really cheap at Fry's. Otherwise, it was a pretty ho-hum day.
Weekend: Um...just stayed at home mostly, occasionally going out just to get out of the house. Played more gamecube. Continued to get angry at how crappy (i.e. really slow) our tower had become. Left back for school.
So that was my weekend in a nutshell. In other random news, I finally finished reading "Ameica the Book". It's really good and I highly reccomend it. Great read.
