Beef I'm defrosting in my fridge, doused and soaked in: sugar, black pepper (a LOT), apple juice, tabasco sauce (tiny touch), sage, and spoonful of chinese ginger powder that I dumped it before I realise it wasn't the grounded garlic, %&^*(^
Ginger instead of garlic is going to make it taste weird...wtf happened to my garlic powder?
