Seriously, fuck the "not angering the rapist" argument. Either way if it happens it's gonna hurt, why does it matter if the rapist did it because you made him angry in addition to evil, even if you didn't make him angry, there are people out there who get off on rape, torture, and murder no matter what you do. So fight! Even if you can't escape with your life or person unharm, aim to take out his face. Go for the eyes, dig your nails in! If the worse happens, I aim to go out kamikaze style and inflict as much damage on the bastard as I possibly can, damn the consequences.
