Ray Bradbury LJ Comm!

Whee yeeeeeeeeeeeeeees! There is a ray_bradbury in LJ? Why the hell didn't I look before? I guess it's that since Bradburys are so before the Internet, it didn't occur to me, which is stupid because Bradbury is good and long lasting. Most people must remember him from his tale of censorship, Farenheit 451, thanks to your English classes, and even that is a memory now obscured by Fahrenheit 911. What I love however, are the Martian Chronicles. It is a bit bizarre, especially in the beginning, but the characters are lovely. Spencer, the captain, the Martian who kept changing too much to match his form to the impositions of others.

And I love how Bradbury rants. PC-PG as mandatory mannerism is laughable.
