(no subject)
For anybody still following this journal that I ever-so-seldomly post in, my knee surgery is tomorrow afternoon. I have to be there at 11:15, so I'm likely going to be in the OR something around noon. If I didn't say so, I'm having a lateral release done on my left knee. This will be my 4th surgery overall, and 3rd on that knee. The other 3 surgeries have been menisectomies, so I'm no stranger to arthroscopic procedures. The surgeon says this is a little more involved (more cutting and more inflammation), and I'll probably be on crutches for a week (give or take). That should be fun in the ice and snow here. I've heard that I'm supposed to be knocked out for this, so I have to fight the anesthesiologist on that (don't knock me out, just put a couple shots in my knee).
