Well, Here I am about to begin day two of the Disney experience. Yesterday was an interesting day. I left Daytona at 9:30 expecting that, with traffic, it would take approximently 1 to 1.5 hours to get to Orlando and then to my apartment complex where I reside. In reality it took forty-five minutes. So, I checked in and moved into my new residence. I have five room-mates, two are from Ga, one from Puerto Rico, one from Texas, and one from New Orleans. After we moved in we all sat around talking and just generally getting to know each other for about an hour before our next meeting was to begin. The meeting was two hours of the apartment complex owners and Disney reprensatives going over the same material that I recieved three months ago. I thought it was an extreme waste of time, however, I guess it was a needed meeting for those who didn't take ethe time to read the material. After that, my roommates and I returned to our new apartments and contiued our previous conversations till around 10 PM. At that time we left to go to P.I. (Paradise Island) which we get into for free Sun-Thurs. I was disappointed with the comedy clubs, as I remember them being better the last time I was in attendence. Also, the clubs were dead. I attribute this to being a Monday. So over all, I think it was a waisted trip. But it was a good experience to get to know my roommates. Most of us don't dance (Em remembers my dancing skills... or the lack there of) so we spent the night in the clubs watching the few people that were there watching others.
I have an hour till my first meeting of the day. After that, unless they assign me to another meeting or appointment, I will be done for the day. That means a bank run to deposit my Federal Tax Refund and a quest to the grocery store for privisions.
Oh, I can't get my WoW to work. It would not connect yesterday, and I can't retry today because of server maintance so it will be late tonight before I can again try to connect to the crack.
I hope everyone is doing well, and taking care of themselves. I am sorry I have not had a chance to see many of you in a while and I will make every attempt to do so over the next few weeks.
