I am very impressed with how my weekend went.
Friday night I did nothing. It was awesome? I thought about calling Elise up, but I decided not to with the mega thunderstorm.
Saturday rocked it hardcore. I woke up at 8:30, went to breakfast with my parents, picked Bryon up and headed to Olney to visit Tabitha! (really, that sentence should have ended with a period, but I felt the need to put an exclamation point after Tabitha's name). The drive to Olney was very nice, I am now a big fan of route 97, everything on it is soooo pretty.
We went to California Tortilla for lunch. (I didn't eat cause I had a mongo breakfast, but the food there looked tasty...I nibbled on Bryon's "darn tasty" dessert, which is a brownie...yummy, he gave it to me to hold in my purse and he never got it back...I think I will eat it now). After lunch, Tabitha took us on a tour of Olney. I really like this area, because there is stuff to do!
Before heading to play Ultimate Frisbee, we played on the playground at Tabitha's old elementary school. That was a lot of fun. I was very excited to learn that Tabitha doesn't actually play ultimate (usually), so that allowed me to not have to show off how bad I am at sports (plus my ankle was feeling wonky). Bryon really enjoyed himself playing ultimate with her friends. yay!
Slurpies were had afterwards. :-D Pizza was dinner and after dinner was walking around her neighborhood. We stopped by a park and swung on the swings and such. It was good times. It makes me happy to be able to go play on playgrounds and stuff. I don't know how many people out there are into doing that, but it's awesome.
Bryon and I headed home sometime after 7:30 and were back at his house sometime after 8:30...we picked up slurpie on our way in, cause we are awesome like that. I sat around his house for an hour while we ate the slurpie and then headed home. It was nice.
I guess, I put a lot of details in this, like more than a normal person would. One day though, I will look back through all these entries and more will make sense this way.
Sunday, Erin and I went shopping together. It was soooo good to see my sister. We hardly see each other anymore. It is mongo sadness.
List of what I got for curious parties:
-Black halter top from gap $13
Target:
- 1 pair of jeans $23
- hot mini skirt $13
- cute shirt to go with skirt (uh? not sure how much that was)
- a pair of underwear that matches my awesomely hot halter/cami that I bought back in october (the underwear was on clearance, i jumped all over that)
- listerine (hell yeah)
- toothpaste
Wal-Mart:
- 6 boxes of tissues (to take to school with me)
- 10 pair of underwear...yay ~~
I am working on going through a lot of my clothes, making sure I am not keeping things that I will never or can't physically wear anymore.
Good times.
So, I've been at work now for 2 hours and 20 minutes, I'd really like these last 3 weeks to go uber fast, cause I hate my job.
