Today I'm going to complete my major no-holds barred after Christmas cleaning spree. Hubby has done most of the leg work in the living room & kitchen. Since I'm the one with time off until January 3rd, it's only fair that I tackle the bedroom, bathrooms, and the last of the laundry, not to mention working on my 3 feet stack of filing left over from the recent school term. I really don't want this filing to follow me into the new year, so if it's going to get done, today's the day. Below is my schedule. God-willing, I will complete it all. I will take before and after pictures to record my efforts.
7:00 - Wake up, shower, dress for the morning.
7:30 - Eat Breakfast, check on-line comics, email
8:00 - put dishes in sink, put clothes in washer, grab bleach from laundry & clean master bath
8:30 - Clear master sink counter, clean: sink, mirror, counter, toilet, clear & clean master bathroom floor
9:00 - Clear hall counter, clean sinks, tub, and floor; carry master & hall rugs to laundry,
9:30 - transfer clothes to dryer, start new washer load, grab swiffer sweeper, mop & refills, finish baths
10:00 - put up laundry in master bedroom, make bed, vacuum floors
10:30 - clear dryer, transfer clothes to dryer, start new washer load, grab camera & capture clean upstairs
11:00 - Run out for lunch and make bank deposits
11:30 - Back home, change out laundry, start new load (if needed), fold clothes
12:00 - deal with household finances
12:30 - change out laundry, fold clothes if needed/return rugs to proper places, pack for the weekend
1:00 - place bags in car to be ready to go, pack up laptop to go, grab 2 trash bags for filing project
1:30 - change out laundry, fold if needed, head to office to photograph extreme filing project & start project
2:00 - Quick sort the documents to be filed into 5 categories: 1st, 2nd, 4th, keep, trash
2:30 - check laundry, fold if needed, continue sorting documents
3:00 - Begin filing documents into student folders
3:30 - check laundry, fold if needed, continue filing documents into student folders (I will have to finish this task Sunday afternoon.)
4:00 - Gather trash that's in house and place in trash can, move the trash can to street if full
4:30 - Clean up filing area before James comes home
5:00 - Vacuum stairs, hardwood floors, and rugs (This will also have to wait until Sunday afternoon.)
5:30 - Load weekend items into Mimi's trunk
6:00 - Enjoy a glass of wine and reflect on the day's accomplishments.
6:30 - Go to dinner.
7:00 - Middle of dinner
7:30 - Hit the road to Powder Springs
