course of the day: happy - relaxed - frustrated
i now have wireless internet at home. wahoo! i need to make sure i don't waste my nights online. but it will make school so much easier! i am genuinely happy about it.
i also got to ride on the back of a harley today. that was fun. a quieter one, too, so i don't have to worry about my hearing. it was a beautiful day for it.
i did let a server at my work get to me tonight. he made some stupid comment about women having poor spatial skills compared to men. at first i just laughed and took it as some bullshit comment but then he came at me with 'no, it's a fact'. i couldn't believe how upset i got. he really flustered me. he's not that bad of a guy, just arrogant and full of shit. it took a while for me to calm down. it was really surprising. i always wish my friend anne would be around when boys say stupid things like that cause she's the best at putting anyone in his or her place and guys like that need it the most.
