Congressman Barney Frank is retiring.

While I've had choice words for him in the past, particularly on the subject of ENDA, his departure does pretty well cement the end of potential passage of even a deeply-flawed, under-the-bus version of the law and means we're down to three openly-LGBT members of Congress: Tammy Baldwin, David Cicilline (whom I hadn't even known about, my bad), and Jared Polis.
