In Michigan, it may be ok to bully if its for "moral" reasons

There has been a movement in Michigan to codify anti-bullying measures at the state level, but Republican legislators who control the state senate have gutted the proposed legislation but putting loopholes in it.

The loopholes would make it so that the law, “does not prohibit a statement of a sincerely held religious belief or moral conviction of a school employee, school volunteer, pupil, or a pupil’s parent or guardian.”
