Mike Duvall, a Republican California Assemblyman has resigned. He was recorded on audio and video tape at a committee hearing talking about the kinky sex he was having with two lobbyists. Duvall, who is married, is considered a family values Republican and had a perfect 100% score from the Capitol Resource Institute because he "voted time and time again to protect family values in California."
