HRC response

You may recall this post. I took the time to e-mail them, and they responded today:

"Good afternoon. I’m glad you brought this to my attention. Shipping to Alaska should be the same as the rest of the states. The magnets can be shipped via USPS for $4.95. I apologize for the miscommunication, I have brought this to the attention of my web guy. If you would prefer I can always take your order over the phone or email. I'm pleasantly surprised they took the time to respond, and seem to be interested in rectifying the problem. I'm not a big fan of the HRC, but I have to give them credit where credit is due, and they seem to get how ridiculous the whole thing was.
