Study supports gay adoption/Anti-marriage amendment in Cali. faltering in polls

It isn't exactly news, but (another) new study finds that sexual orientation should not disqualify gays from adopting children.

In other news, the anti-gay marriage amendment in California is showing that it isn't faring well in the polls. It's leading 55%-41% no.

Polls don't mean much. These numbers could energize the religious right. It could also be akin to the Wilder/Bradley Effect, if poll respondents are afraid to come across as homophobic.
