School bans boy from wearing makeup

So a 13-year-old middle school boy is told by his school he can't wear make up, because it's distracting. He's gothic, and says that helps express who he is. He and his Mom say it's sex discrimination, the school says they'd do the same thing if a girl wore makeup like that.
