I have to admit, the ending of season one gave me some dirty-wrong feels about Edmond and Holden together. If that's not your cup of tea or just too weird for you, I'd love to see something exploring their dynamic as Holden studies Edmond's fascinating (to him) mind.
1) At the end of season 1, instead of leaving Holden in the hallway, Edmond takes Holden with him.
2) Character study from Holden's POV on why he finds Edmond so fascinating.
3) Something in Edmond's POV on how he's manipulating Holden or in general what he thinks of Holden.

The Following - Mike Weston
Mike's my favorite character in the show. (Really, I just love the majority of the roles the Ashmore twins play.)
If M/M's your thing, I have no real pairing preference so Mike shipped with anyone is cool with me.
If you want to go gen, casefic or Mike helping Ryan hunt down serial killers would be great too.
Of the side characters, my favorites are Joe Carroll, Paul/Jacob/Emma, Roderick, Luke and Mark.

Monster Prom - Damien/Oz
I'm relatively new to the game, but so far I'm a fan of Damien/Oz though any M/M pairing will make me happy. I'd love to see more with Damien's dads or anything of Oz's backstory. When I play, I usually end up getting Damien to go to prom by making him fight me or end up doing the nasty in the bathroom.

I'm a big fan of AUs from this (or X/1999) that have a happy ending. I know that's not really the point of their tragic relationship, but it's nice to see the boys happy sometimes, even if that happiness is fleeting. I've read/watched all of canon, so don't worry about spoilers. If you're Tsubasa fan, feel free to use that version if you prefer.

Constantine - Papa Midnite/Constantine
I put down the TV show but any Constantine/Hellblazer property works here. I'm a fan of M/M pairings with Constantine. The TV show had an interesting dynamic between Papa Midnite and Constantine that never really got explored too deeply.
If romance isn't your cup of tea, a casefic where Constantine has to go to Papa Midnite for help would be cool.
