Dear Yuletide Author 2016: Avialae, Victim: Gate of Spirits, Hellboy, Valdemar, Genghis Khan
First off, dear author, thank you in advance for anything you write for me. I know it will be awesome and I'll love it to pieces.
In general, I am the kind of trash that likes:
Domesticity, mpreg, tentacles, porn with plot, porn without plot, snark, banter, witty dialogue, teasing, threesomes/moresomes, hurt/comfort.
I do not like:
Drug use, watersports, scat, character death, cancer.
Avialae - Bailey/Gannet
Fucky birds! If you haven't heard about it, Avialae is a webcomic about a high schooler who suddenly starts growing wings and his journey of figuring out what the fuck's going on because people don't grow wings. The comic's available at http://avialaecomic.com/ I'll really take anything for this fandom - slice of life, domestic fic, pwp, future fic, whatever. How do the other students or their parents react when they find out about Gannet and Bailey's relationship? What happens after high school? Do they go to the same college and have mad passionate sex in a shared dorm room? It would also be cool to see more with Bailey's older brother, Jaime.

Victim: Gate of Spirits - Dragosh/Ivo
If you're not familiar with Victim: Gate of Spirits, it's a lovely fantasy webcomic available at http://victim.smackjeeves.com/ It stars two childhood friends, Dragosh and Ivo, who were separated when they were younger and now meet again all grown up. One of the things I like about the comic, aside from the beautiful art and awesome worldbuilding, is the relationship between Dragosh and Ivo as they try to rekindle their friendship. Dragosh is head-over-heels for Ivo and doesn't know how to control himself. Ivo loves Dragosh too but is too naive to really just come out and say it, so they tend to but heads and dance around each other. What I'd like to read most is them both pulling their heads out of their asses and finally getting together as an official couple. I'd also be interested in seeing them reintegrate into the village, if not fully, then at least stopping in from time to time to visit their families. I could also go for some years-from-now kidfic with Dragosh and Ivo adopting one or more children.

Hellboy - Nuada/John or Hellboy/John(/Liz?)
This is my always ship. The forever ship. I know John isn't part of the comics (though neither is Nuada) but I love him as the eternal Boy Scout with a heart of gold. I particularly like John paired with Nuada, but I'm also cool with him shipped with Hellboy (with or without Liz). The thing I like most about John is his purity. He's the innocent running around with monsters and he just wants to make the world a better place. This is one fandom I love AUs for, either complete AUs or just a "what if" of what would happen if John had been around during the second movie and if he could have dealt with Nuada a different way. Or what if the supernatural world never stepped back, but stayed integrated. What if John and Nuada are BRPD coworkers.
Valdemar by Mercedes Lackey - Tylendel/Vanyel
These boys got such a bad rap in the novel. I loooove AUs for this, where they boys get to have an actual happy relationship. Or at least relatively happy. It is Vanyel after all. He comes with angst. So for this one, I'd love to see a "what if" where the events of the book don't go horribly wrong, or run wild with a complete AU. Harry Potter AU? Coffeeshop AU? Modern-day high school AU? Whatever floats your fancy, have at. Things I do like from the original book - Vanyel escaping his abusive home life, Savil being a complete badass, Tylendel loving Vanyel for the broken boy that he was and filling in the cracks to make Vanyel whole again.
Genghis Khan by Miike Snow - Agent/Villain
I absolutely love this music video (embedded above) and I want to know so much more about the world this is set in. What started the rivalry between the gold-nosed villain and the secret agent? What sparked the love between them? What happened after the video when the villain and the agent are together, one big happy family with the villain's kids and the wife out for revenge?
