6-1, 7-6, 6-4 I *still* have a stupid happy grin on my face. Welcome to History, Roger Federer. 14 Slams (ties Pete Sampras's record AND a career Grand Slam, on three surfaces, which only Agassi has ever done). And wasn't it just too fitting that Andre gave Roger his trophy?!? :D
And I got to watch it a second time that evening in HD and it was OMG!AMAZING in HD... I WANT HDTV NOW KTHNXBAI.
*AND* the bridal shower went really well, AND I got to watch the first 5 episodes of RahXephon.
All in all, awesome day.
Now, off to catch some chickadees.
