I was sleeping most of the morning. I spent most of the afternoon waiting for the people who were supposed to be helping me go to the rocker; they apparently forgot. The morning CNA and the evening CNA helped me go to the bathroom afterward.
The other two days made it clear I was having sciatica in both legs at night but hadn't been feeling it in the right one. We fixed that by raising my back.
I finished my supper and mail. I'll ask the staff to help me go to the rocker, then tell me when it's time to go to bed.
