This is more along the lines of 'I do not need hormone-generated free-floating depression and/or anxiety!' But yes. We would have a better range of options if men had to go through this crap too.
Don't know if it'd be any help to you, but my doc suggested I try 100 mg of B6 a day when I started having trouble with PMS mood swings and they helped for quite a while. As it is, I don't have trouble *between* those two points in the cycle.
Sometimes a fan going full blast and the air conditioner at 65 isn't cool enough. And then the other things.
That shit would not fly if men had to go through this.
