O great hive-mind, a question

Does anyone know whether murder one, as in 'found guilty of' would be capitalized?  I'm thinking not, but I'm at the point where nothing quite looks right.  Sort of like using a word so many times you no longer know which spelling is correct without spellcheck and even then you wonder if it's a UK/US thing.  Help?
