Purely rhetorical question, I grant you

Why is it that some business names sound like they should be italicized?  Yes, I know, ship names get italicized; businesses don't.  I guess it's because the Grey Gull (restaurant/bar) is owned by the same guy who owns the Cape Rouge (ship), I feel like they should both get italicized.  But it's an annoying thing to edit back out.
