Fannish Friday 5 -- minor characters

fannish5 : 5 minor or one-off characters that you wish could have gotten more face time. (Or would show up again)
Dear gods, what a long list I could do for this! Let's see if I can stick to five fandoms, that'll be challenge enough. Okay, in alphabetical order:
Mohadavan (the really neat coroner; thanks for the name,
dragonfly !), from Blood Ties.
Oz and Tara, from Buffy.
Vachon and Capt. Reese (the last captain, played by Blu Mankuma, whom I adore), from Forever Knight.
Sean Burns, Rebecca Horne, Gregor Powers, and Matthew McCormick from Highlander. ETA: And Kastagir! How did I forget Kastagir? (I wish they hadn't killed Sean and Rebecca. I'd love to know how Gregor's doing after medical school, or what Matthew's doing now that he's been in the FBI too long.)
Jinks, Leena, and Mrs. Fredericks, from Warehouse 13.
