Canon AUs

There's a tag on AO3 for 'Alternate Universe -- Canon' which, I will freely admit, made me spend five minutes going, "What the hell?"  Then Alysswolf went, "Oh, right, Star Trek Mirroverse, or the Buffy ep where there's an evil Willow."  And we spent the next ten minutes going, 'Huh, what else?"  She came up with the Stargate Quantum mirrors and the jumping back in time in Dark Shadows (did that change things or have its own timeline, Alyss?).  I came up with Witchblade's Season 2 (or maybe that should be season 1?) and that whole season of Dallas that was just a dream, and Highlander's "To Be/Not To Be" universe where Duncan never met everyone.   Over dinner tonight, Dragon mentioned all of Quantum Leap, and anytime Q shows up in ST:TNG, and the DS9 "Troubles and Tribble-ations."

But now I'm wondering what other canon AUs you guys could come up with?  (What can I say, I'm hot, sleepy, and brain-dead, but still, curious.)
