Come visit San Francisco - it's one of the coldest and windiest summers on record. The sun has been trying to peek through in the last hour, but it's been foggy all morning and will be again tonight... and tomorrow... and all week...

The break in our weather comes Thursday (local election day here) == predicted high, 94. Which will be an improvement. My brain is melting.

July in Philly averaged 90+ degrees. Plus humidity. This week in August? 10 degrees lower. Who can figure the weather?

Summer here is always unpleasant, this year seems more so. I go run a couple of errands, come home brain dead and sopping wet. Is it October yet?
