So I was wondering...
Who else has 'go to' characters? The ones where all you have to do is let them in the story and it starts moving? Joe from Highlander and Oz from Buffy do that for my fic, as do Dief and Fraser from due South, Matthew or Connor from Highlander, LaCroix from Forever Knight, Saul from the Nero Wolfe novels. What about the rest of you? Who's your go to guy or gal, the talkative, helpful characters who move stories forward or inspire art, icons, vids?
