quick web design question for the hive mind
In hopes of not having to shift host servers next month, can anyone advise me on how to lock down directories to prevent hot linking to my graphics? I love my host server, their techs replies to questions in English, but they seem to have gotten rid of webalyzer. Since that's how I used to find hotlinking, I have a problem. And yes, the Eyrie now hosts
jimpage363 as well as Alyss, tarsh, et al, but that should not have tripled my bandwidth use, I don't think. (I swear, every August, I wonder again why I do this. Blast it.)
