I was going to post about my weekend fun of backing up files and reinstalling my OS (and files) on the laptop, but '
May It Please the Court" is much more interesting. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. Musings on feminism and law and character, with illustrations? Yeah. That'll do for a summary. Anyway, I enjoyed it and thought some of y'all might too.
And now I'm going back to updating files, copying files, and muttering profanities, with some writing in between.
ETA: For some reason, in the process of copying files from my laptop to the external drive, my system apparently randomly changed some files and folders to hidden. Including 2/3s of the folders I'd saved from 'My Documents' -- including all the 'Active Stories' plus my copies of the last 12 years worth of writing.
Obviously, I've found them, I think, but this was... highly unpleasant. Tomorrow, I will try to sort out what happened. (And check here to see if any of y'all have any ideas.) Tonight, I'm going to go gibber quietly in a corner.
