Anyone know of a good backup program?

I'm on Windows XP, and could use a good backup program. Any help would be appreciated!

And, on a completely separate topic, I may be catching up on my sleep. There might be ::gasp!:: writing, and beta, and web design, in my future instead of running a friend around to doctor's appointments, grocery store, et al. Yay!

day in the life, requests

Nope, I'm looking for a program to regularly compress specified files/folders to be copied to another location. Not for a hardware solution. Thank you very much for all the advice, however!

I use StompSoft's backup software. It's pretty good. And not too expensive.
