This weekend, I fought with Dell Customer Support for Dragon's stepmom (4 chats, 3 diagnostic tests, 1 time opening the tower, 8 hours shot), fixed a different computer by changing the keyboard with the sticky key (amazing; now it boots up ::sighs::), found out (again) that Dragon's stepmom doesn't really believe in green veggies, and helped move a deerstand. Oh my aching back.
