Am staring at the slope down into this cold. Am at point where one flails, loses balance, and fetches up with an abrupt thud in fever, nausea, and a disinclination to do anything but sleep and maybe, if I can remember, take cold meds, drink water/orange juice, and go back to sleep.

This sucks.
