Nero Wolfe
Has anyone seen the A&E Nero Wolfe series, and if so, is it worth getting?
And by the way -- needed, one large dog to chase off the plot bunny I'm snickering at. There's a scene in Pirates of the Caribbean that makes it almost a moral imperative to make Jack Sparrow an immortal -- the one with Barbossa and Jack both under the curse, dueling, and giving lethal wounds that won't kill. Barbossa's comment about, 'What's it to be, Jack? You and me, killing each other through all eternity?'
For some reason, which I don't remember now and will post as soon as I get the thought-train back on track, I had this belief that Archie Goodwin should be made a Highlander immortal, and I'm still giggling at the potential snark.... Someone -- help?
