Oh, gods, Rhi! Hope you get better soon, pleurisy is no joke.

I do this every frickin' holiday season now, though. And at least it's dry pleurisy. Painful if I forget my meds, and exhausting, but... manageable. It'll be all right. I'm just not used to it hitting both lungs at once. Thanks, though.

Ma used to get bronchitis. Every Christmas. It's the body's way of saying you're *doing TOO MUCH* If you can work out just exactly what you're doing (every Holiday) and then stop doing it, you may find you don't get the pleurisy so often.

But that's for later, when you're better.

In the meantime, much hugs and sympathy.

::wry:: This isn't the 'doing too much' illness. This is the 'stressing too much' illness. What I'm doing wrong is not telling the families, 'We'll send your packages and call, but we're spending the holidays here.'

Which iss next year's plan. Tired of this.

Doing too much/stressing too much.

If I do one I do the other, so that's what I meant.

And I think that is a *great* idea for next year. Shame you can't do it this year, too.

{{Hugs}}

::nodding:: Next year, I will. This year, I didn't realize I was quite *this* stressed until far too late. As it is, I've already promised myself that I don't have to do Christmas baking unless I just *want* to. That helped a lot.

How're you doing?
