#015 - Shalador's Lady by Anne Bishop
I dont think of the last two books and seperate novels, they are an amazing duology in one of my all time favorite series. Its an amazing story and gets me in the feels every time.
Some of my favorite bits in novels arent the main storyline, its what happens on the sides. When Ranon doesnt want Khollie and hurts his feelings leading up to Khollie being hurt and Ranon finding out how much he loved his little brother. Its a huge character beat that makes me cry every time. And when Khollie wakes up from being hurt when noone knew he would. Its amazingly emotional and gets be every single time. Love this series and love this writer.
