I'm moving because I want to live closer to Mt. Scopus. Boaz's apartment is less then 10 minutes from Givat Ram, which all well and good if you actually study there...
Also, it's a bit more expensive then I thought it would be. I'm not sure another apartment would be cheaper, but I really couldn't live in the dorms. I just don't want to go back to sharing my kitchen and bathroom with 20 other guys like in the army.
