I left out good things. I wouldn't want that you, Dear Reader, think my life be terrible:
- I got into a damn conference finally. I get to present my Syntax paper from last semester as a poster at WCCFL 29 next month. I am rather pleased about this, mostly because the other conferences I have submitted papers to have mostly rejected me for agreed-upon stupid reasons. This means there is trip to Tuscon, Arizona in the near future. If you are one of those people who has proclaimed the many virtues of Tuscon (I'm looking at you bailamorena), your proclamations are being put to the test.
- I discovered last week that there is a band that does bluegrass covers of well-known death metal songs, which means that this exists:
And that is an excellent discovery.
- mintyfreshsocks is fucking awesome.
