Surgery Done
Man that was fun, I think every man should do it.
Entry into the hospital at 7:00 in the morning...
Sitting around in the waiting room for a half an hour or so...cool that was quick
Then sitting by the bed and a final are you sure from the doctor by 8:00
Oh and the confirmation that I will be under general anaesthetic...I THINK NOT. I soon fixed that
Immediately into the get changed and here is your locker mode...cool this will be quick then.
Then things go a little less smoothly I end up sat in the waiting area for the theatre for 2 hours.
Brilliant...nearly fell asleep a couple of times.
Then they march me upstairs through the hospital in by dressing gown through three lifts.
Sit around again in the preop area for another hour as they work their way through three other people.
Oh the anticipation.
In we go
Cue indignity
And no little brutality.
Right if a doc says this may sting a bit, or this is just like a bee sting...what he means is grit your teeth this is going to fekkin hurt

Ok slight exaggeration, it stung, then it hurt, then it ached. Then he got on with it.
Discomfort yes agony no
Then the Doc asks me if I have had surgery previously???
Because my tubes are hiding round the back. Apparently my bollocks were trying to escape back inside my body.
Lots of discomfort later it is done...didn't like it much I have to say
Out the hospital 2:30
Time in theatre 20 minutes
The waiting was worse.
So now it is done and my cosmetic surgery is complete
I can now walk like John Wayne
Oh and yes it felt like someon had kicked me in the balls when the anaesthetic wore off and it still does
Quite a bit of blood last night
OK now though
