Bison burger
So another cullinary box ticked
Not that I ever had a big desire to stuff my face with arse end of Bison but I have done now.
It was a little strange tasting...but I guess that was the spices used to make the burger
I think i shall have to go find ou what it is supposed to tase like, before crossing it off the list of things to try.
