OOOoooOOO Concert Time
I have just booked tickets to see my favourate Barnsley bird in concert...Kate Rusby...
On two seperate dates no less...one in Burnley and one at the Lowry centre in Salford.
For some reason the Lowry is CHEAPER than Burnley...go figure.
Bit daft really as I have already seen this tour once, last year at the Lowry and now I am going back two more times...

That was Waterson:Carthy earlier this year...but I did not like that much. Was interesting, beautifully played and informative, but sounded far too much like some cat being strangled in places.

And anyway she is at number 6 in the charts at the mo, so I am right up to date with the cutting edge of the yewff movement.
