Very Cute! :)

Where did you get him?

I'm thinking about getting a cat come fall (once I get my finances figured out), as Nickie and I are history, so I don't need to worry about her being allergic. Plus, it's nice to have a purring friend to come home to...

If you do adopt, you should probably get two, so that they have a companion when you are at work. That works out best for you and the cats. They are less destructive if they have a buddy to focus their attention on. Also, since you don't already have a cat, you could go a little older too. I specifically wanted a kitten so he would dovetail in nicely with my already adult male.

He was found on Petfinders.com, and he was being fostered in a home through the Seattle Animal Shelter. I really lucked out, with him being in such a good environment!

I heard that you and Nickie had split, but not why. So I hope you are doing well. I feel bad for you both.

Yeah, it was not a great situation. She called off the wedding the day before... not any real reason, except that she didn't want to go through with it. Better before the wedding than after.

You're right about the cats - two is better. I would really like a dog, but I work too many hours... :(

If you ever need an extra ear, let me know!

Cats are definitely better when you work. Much more independent. Don't need to go potty outside on a regular basis.

Exactly. I know of someone giving away a beagle, which is a breed I like a lot, but it will have to wait until my situation changes.

BTW, I saw your dog dish in front in the Not a Number store when I went there with my sister to buy Bacon Salt... :)

Oh, that's awesome that you noticed the bowl!!! I'm hoping people in the neighborhood will notice it and remember me when they need a pet sitter. So that you noticed it, that makes me happy! Hopefully it will work. I'm going to try to get 5 more businesses to put one out in front of their stores.

Did you like Not A Number? Did you talk to the owners and tell them you know me? Super nice people!

Would you ever do any work in Renton? If so, I have an idea...

I can't do Renton, because then it keeps me away from my own territory. It's unfortunate, because I have another friend there too, with animals, and I haven't been able to help them either.

Too bad. I had some idea to get your buisness, and help raise money for the off-leash area we're trying to build.
