Brent Spiner? WTF?
Okay, so yesterday i had a weird dream. yeah. ive decided to post it, cause i forgot to yesterday. it was quite amusing.
Alright. So it goes like this...
I dunno if i was physically in this dream or not. i think i was just watchin' it like a movie, and wasnt actually 'there' ...if you know what i mean. Yeh. so who else was in it? Tom Hanks. Yep. you got it. Tom Hanks. And he was in his detective getup from "Catch Me If You Can" ...if you dont know what that looks like.. uh, brown detective hat and jacket. Glasses.
K. Then im sure someone else was there with him, but i never actually saw who it was. i know this other person was there, cause tom hanks was always talking to him.
Then... There was one more character. The Strangler. roffle. Yeah, weird. I didn't actually see this character till the end, but Tom Hanks mentioned him alot.
K, now to the actual dream. It took place outside of some abandoned old one storey house... uh. white. old and tattered,chipped paint etc.. yep. and throughout this entire 'movie' (which was only about 7 minutes) tom hanks was trying to get into this old house and catch The Strangler. he'd constantly run in, and i (the camera man?) and this other nameless, faceless person would follow him... was really dark, dim and crappy inside, like a house which caught fire, was put out and never touched again.. soggy, mossy.. old. yeah. but the strangler would POP out and tom hanks and friend(s?) would all run out of the house again. ;D
Yeh. so that happened a couple of times. Tom Hanks and the faceless person would talk a bit, but i cannot remember what they said. alls i remember is that they mentioned "The Strangler" which is why i know the name of wtfever was in the house. so, eventually they decided to set a trap to catch the strangler...
--must explain the trap. okay, its one of those traps some people set to catch small animals (rabbits or something).. where they turn a box upside down, and hold one end of it up with a stick, then put food under the box, then when the animal goes for the food, it trips the stick which causes the box to trap it...? yeah. if you dont, you suck. if you do... that was the trap. but really big.
So randomly this thing just APPEARS outside of the house. i dunno what was underneath the box (something to strangle?) but... sure enough the Strangler comes running out!! And it looked strangely similar to The Creature From The Black Lagoon. anyway, it gets trapped, and tom hanks is joyful. Then (this is why ive come to the conclusion that i wasnt really there) the 'credits' started to roll. no not the black screen, white writing credits, but just the single line credits that come up just after a movie ends.. and the screen pans out.. you know? Anyway, the only credit that i got to see before waking up....

Yeah. Apparently the strangler was played by brent spiner (if you duno who it is... the character Data, from Star Trek The Next Generation)
Yah. Then when i woke up alls i could think was "brent spiner? wtf?"
Yep. That's my dream! i hope you understand it.
