Not really, but hey it's fun to say.
We did some role-play in which each officer handled a different situation where we needed to council an enlisted person. It was interesting, and the instructors did a good job acting the parts. There were several situations that demonstrated how as an officer you are encouraged and obligated to really get to know what is going on with your people, and to do anything you can to help them out. The idea is that things that affect them at home will affect their performance, which in some cases can get people killed.
In less drastic cases, it is still important in order to have the best working situations as possible.
Time to get to class...Sexual Assault Training. I assume it is actually about how to prevent or deal with it, rather than, as the title would indicate, how to do it. *grin*
