After our dear, beloved Bruce passed away, it just was not the same without two dogs, so I started looking around and researching the rescue pages. After much looking, I finally found an eighteen month old German Shepherd at a rescue site in South Florida who needed a home - Marlowe.
Marlowe is MUCH smaller than his older brother. Bennington weighs in at 112 pounds, while Marlowe is a downright puny 65 pounds. Both German Shepherds. Both about the same height. It's not that Bennington is overweight or anything, because he's not. It's just that Bennington is big boned and Marlowe is a toothpick.
So now we have two German Shepherds playing around the house again. Life is good.
