New LotR Community!
Well, I had an idea and did something very Tookish and immediately acted upon it. I've created a new community, Filling in the Corners.
There are lots of communities out there to discuss the various races on Middle Earth or FanFiction, but I wanted a place devoted just to hobbits. All hobbits, all the time. A place where we can ask technical questions regarding hobbits, their lives, the Shire, or their experiences on their adventures.
Although this is not a fanfiction community, hopefully, it will help with our understanding of hobbits and the Shire and assist those of us who do write fanfiction. We can discuss what sorts of remedies would have been available to them or the importance of the Thain or was there really fairie-blood in the Tooks.
Now, I have hardly any of your e-mail addresses, so if you are interested in joining, please send me your e-mail address at fillinginthecorners@yahoogroups.com and that of anyone else you think would be interested in joining. Also, please spread the word to the various communities to which you belong.
