...at least once in a while.
God, I've watched 5 different anime in the last month. This is a lot for me, since I'm in college and have a lot to do. Let's see if I can remember what they all were...Fruits Basket, Chobits, Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Nana, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge and Loveless. Some of them are still running, plus a few others.
One thing I've realised is that you should never (ever) judge an anime by its name. Cowboy Bebop for example. When I saw the title for the first time, my exact thoughts were as follows: 'The fuck is that shit?'
Now, I consider it blasphemy.
I can't believe how much I loved that anime. It has humor, action, romance, drama...and I'm just a sucker for humor. It's set about 60 years in the future, and although I was wary of the whole spaceship idea, it isn't about that at all (not all of it, anyway). It doesn't have that much high-tech stuff (except for gates that transport you from one part of the galaxy to another), although people have inhabited other planets. The futuristic stuff and the actual plot of the series is really well-balanced. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. And there was a movie too. And a manga based off the series. Although the art is different. Which annoys me. Slightly.

Vacation. I think that may be my single most favourite word in the entire English language (or vakantie, in Dutch =P). 2 whole weeks of nothing. I'm going to sleep, eat, watch anime, and be generally careless. Dude, college is not for me. Sadly, I have no choice.
