I am so burnt out on this job. Ever since I changed job functions, I have hated coming into work.
I don't want to say anything officially, but I think I am going to start looking for another job soon.
They keep changing everything, policies, pays, etc. Even the incentive, I thought it was unobtainable before, but now it's ridiculous.
