So the good news just keeps coming in!!!
After Jacob got home from the interview on Monday they told him to call back on Tuesday morning. That's when they told him that he didn't have a position in the July class.
So he prayed to God "thanks for at least getting me this far, and letting me know what to expect going into my next interview." Not TWO minutes after that his mom comes home crying, not TWO minutes after that her cousin calls OUT OF THE BLUE whom she has not spoken to in about twenty years to tell her that he is now the CHEIF OF POLICE in Powell County, KY! She told him about Jacob and he is trying to get Jacob a job being an officer of the law at FOUR DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!
Versailles liked him and said they would call him on MONDAY to let him know whether or not he was getting to start with them THIS WEEK!!!!
The Lexington Fayette County Urban Government gave Jacob a FORMAL APOLOGY for not hiring him for July. Apparently they didn't know Jacob was one of the people whom they offered a job about a month ago. So it is written in stone that he's going to have a job with them in September.
The mayor of Winchester (that's where we are moving to) called Jacob to offer him a job at the Winchester police department! Holy crap!
So depending on when he gets a job; the wedding still might happen in October!!!!!!! :)
I'm going to take my mind off of my physical pain at the moment by playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. I know... I'm a GEEK!!!!! :)
