I didn't even watch the opening ceremony, so good to know I didn't miss much XDD

You have high standards, most people say it was a pretty good movie ;D

Well, a lot of people did like the ceremony for its randomness xD I do like randomness, but to me it was not executed well enough.

Actually it is a good film, but as I said my batexpectations are ridiculously high xD

Plus I really dislike Christian as Bruce. Bruce is so much more charming (or at least ridiculous... kinda depends on the writer) and charismatic in the comics and animations (especially in the Justice League series from the early 2000s and The Animated Series from the 90s)... so yeah, when I'm not attached to the protagonist all the drama (which would have been good) falls flat.

Tastes differ :)

I have not seen him in Batman, but I have seen him in other films and quite liked him, so I guess if I watched Batman, my opinion of him would be more positive XD

True :) Can't please everybody.

I don't think he's a horrible actor, only he doesn't move me in the Batman trilogy.
I actually did quite like him in Little Women (he's really young and awkward there, but endearing) and Equilibrium :)

Who do you think would have been a better Batman?

I also loved him in Equilibrium and in The Prestige...

Yeah, he was good in the Prestige too ( ... )

Hm, that's an interesting choice, that would not have occurred to me... But I guess, for the reasons you mentioned, it might actually work :)
