Even worse than conference calls...
You probably never thought I'd find something I like even less than I do conference calls...
Conference calls which last less than 3 minutes on my day off when I'm waking up.
Now I need to find a polite way of saying "If you want me on the call (permanently scheduled for early morning on my last day off of the week), there'd better be an agenda in my email, otherwise, I'm not wasting my time anymore."
True, the whole thing could have droned on and on for the full scheduled hour with no importance, but then I'd be catching up on other things (lifehacker.com, for instance). As it is, I decided not to sleep in so that I'd be available for a conference call / meeting that lasted 3 minutes, and could have been handled in a single, one lined email. If there's nothing to discuss, don't even open the floor, sheesh.
