on the road again
I've been lazy this summer and gotten to a slow start. But it's finally time to leave so I can squeeze in my full month in Arizona. Travel itinerary thus far looks like:
-Pensacola to visit the ready-to-pop sister-in-law
-scenic rural routes through Louisianna bayou/gulf areas to see it all before the oil kills everything off for good.
-scenic rural routes through/camping in central Texas' Hill Country
-camping at Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Tx
-Carlsbad Caverns National Park, NM
-Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, NM
-camping & hiking in the Pinos Altos mountains, NM
-Coronado Scenic Trail through the White Mountains, AZ
-potentially camping in the White Mountains, Az
-parental homefront
My goal to is to NOT hit an elk or deer. They're apparently all over the place where I'm driving through NM & AZ.
